Kitchen

Oven interior — racks, base, door glass
Oven exterior and control panel
Grill pan and drawer
Extractor fan filter degreased
Hob — all burners and surrounding surface
Microwave — inside and out
Fridge interior — all shelves and drawers
Fridge exterior and top
Freezer defrosted and cleaned
Dishwasher filter cleaned
All cupboards emptied and wiped inside
Worktops and splashback
Sink and taps descaled
Bin cleaned inside and out
Floor swept, mopped and under appliances

Bathrooms

Toilet — bowl, seat, cistern, behind
Basin and taps — descaled and polished
Bath or shower tray — limescale removed
Shower screen or curtain cleaned
Shower head descaled
Tiles cleaned and grout scrubbed
Extractor fan cover removed and cleaned
Mirror polished
Cabinet inside and out
Floor mopped

Bedrooms

Wardrobes — shelves, rails, floor inside
Under bed vacuumed
Skirting boards wiped
Windows — glass, frames and sills
Light fittings dusted
Radiators wiped
Doors and door frames wiped

Living Areas

All surfaces dusted
Sofas vacuumed
Under furniture vacuumed
Skirting boards throughout
Windows inside
Light switches and plug sockets wiped
Fireplace if applicable
Floors vacuumed and mopped

General / Throughout

All cobwebs removed
All light bulbs working
Smoke alarm tested
Doors — handles and hinges
Staircase and hallway
Balcony or patio swept
All keys accounted for
